We are you in the U.S.

What brands from abroad tell us
- "We have U.S. customers, but no one over there who owns the problem when an order goes wrong."
- "Our current 3PL answers tickets two days later, in English only, while we are asleep."
- "We want to sell in America. We did not plan to become a logistics company."
You don't need another warehouse. You need someone in America who takes responsibility.

A 3PL runs a warehouse. A 4PL runs your business. We choose the warehouse, carrier and setup that makes sense for your business, not ours.
Customs clearance runs through a licensed customs broker, not through us. Importer of record, U.S. taxes and FDA rules are not our service either: we explain how it works and introduce you to the right people.
Your U.S. operation, visible from anywhere
- Live stock, and every order with its tracking.
- Inbound shipments visible before the first pallet lands.
- Messages that read like a chat with the person who runs your account.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need a U.S. company to work with you?
Not to work with us. Whether you need one for selling and taxes depends on your setup. Talk to a U.S. tax adviser about that. We are happy to explain how other brands from abroad usually start.
Who clears our goods when they arrive?
A licensed customs broker in the U.S. We introduce one if you need it. You sign a power of attorney with the broker, and the broker bills you directly.
Who is the importer of record?
You are, as the foreign seller. We ask that goods ship DDP. We are not the importer of record and not the ultimate consignee.
Can we use our own freight forwarder?
Yes. Your forwarder brings the goods to us. We receive containers, pallets, cartons and parcels.
What do you need from us before the first shipment?
Your product list with a ten-digit HTS code and country of origin for each item, and a barcode on every unit. Cartons and pallets with one product each make receiving faster.
Which online stores can you connect?
Popular store platforms connect directly: orders come in, tracking and stock go back. Other systems work by spreadsheet upload or through our API.
Can we write to you in our own language?
Yes. Write to us in your language, we answer in your language. Calls are in English or German.
Why are you headquartered in Houston?
Because of the port. It is the largest container port on the U.S. Gulf Coast and the busiest U.S. port for foreign cargo by tonnage, with direct sailings from Europe and Asia. From there, freight reaches the rest of the country by truck and rail, and air cargo comes in through the city's international airport.
You built a brand. Then America asked you to become a logistics company. You don't have to.
