Selling some orders straight from Germany? You can announce the U.S. return of those orders in the portal too. We send the buyer a label in your name and book the parcel in when it arrives.

Your forwarder books the freight. A licensed customs broker clears it; we introduce you to one at onboarding.
Sea
Containers and LCL from Hamburg or Bremerhaven, direct to the Gulf Coast or via the U.S. East Coast and on by truck. Both ports have direct sailings to the Gulf, usually two to three weeks port to port.
Air
Samples and urgent stock from Frankfurt or Munich. Standard air freight usually lands within a week.
Time
Texas is seven hours behind Germany, six for a few weeks in March and October. Our working day starts during your afternoon.

Your GmbH imports
Your GmbH is the importer of record with its own importer number. We are not the ultimate consignee, and we don't lend you an EIN.

With a barcode on every unit and SKU-pure cartons where you can.
Codes per SKU
Every SKU needs its ten-digit U.S. HTS code and its country of origin. You add both in the portal.

Popular shop systems connect directly in the portal. Marketplace, wholesale and retail orders run through us as well.
Anything else
On an ERP or a shop system we don't link yet? Send us its name. Until there is a direct link, orders come in by CSV or Excel upload or through our API.

Can I rent my own space for larger volumes?
Yes. Dedicated space is possible. Ask us.
What happens to U.S. returns?
They come back to us, not to Germany. We check every item, restock the good ones and hold the rest for your decision.
How fast can we start?
That depends on your SKU data and the first shipment. Tell us your timeline in the form and we tell you honestly if it works.
