For UK brands

    US fulfilment for UK brands

Same language. Different country. Very different post. Your US customers expect their parcel in days, not a fortnight from Britain. We hold your stock in America and run the US side for you: receiving, orders, returns, wholesale.

Written answer within one business day. No call needed.

    Sound familiar?

    Selling to America from Britain

    • Every US order leaves the UK, and every US return crosses the Atlantic back to you, or never comes back at all.
    • Your UK 3PL "does America" through a partner you have never spoken to.
    • Duties, US tariff codes and sales tax feel like a second job nobody hired you for.
    What we do

We are your US operations team

We receive your stock, store it, pick and pack every order, send it across the US, and take returns back here instead of in the UK. We are headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Selling wholesale to US shops? We build the pallets and follow each retailer's rules.

You keep your UK set-up for Britain and Europe. We take the US.

From the UK to the US

Getting your stock across the Atlantic

    Sea

Containers or consolidated (LCL) freight from UK ports such as Felixstowe, Southampton or London Gateway, either direct to the Gulf Coast or via a US East Coast port and then by lorry. Your forwarder books it; we receive full containers, pallets and cartons.

    Air

For samples and urgent top-ups. Standard air freight usually takes under a week, airport to airport.

    Time

Texas runs six hours behind the UK, five for a couple of weeks a year when the clocks change on different dates. Our working day starts during your afternoon, so a question sent after lunch is often answered the same evening.

    Importing into the US

    What to know, in short

Information only, not advice. A licensed customs broker clears your goods, and we point you to one.

    Your company imports

Your company stays the importer of record, with its own US importer number. We are not the consignee.

    Your product data

Each SKU carries its US tariff code and country of origin before it ships. You add both in the portal.

    Products and platforms

    What UK brands send us

    Typical goods

Apparel and textiles, beauty and natural cosmetics, home and kitchen, pet products, sports and outdoor. Selling something else? Tell us what it is.

    Your platform

Popular shop platforms connect directly, and marketplace, wholesale and retail orders run through us too. On another system? Send us its name. Spreadsheet uploads and our API work for any system.

    In your dashboard

Your American stock, seen from Britain

    • Live stock per warehouse, per SKU.
    • Every order with its tracking, every return with its status.
    • Every charge on its own line, in US dollars.

    Questions from UK brands

    Frequently asked questions

Can US customers return to you instead of to the UK?

Yes. Returns come back to us. We inspect them, restock what is good and hold what is not, then you decide.

Can I keep my UK 3PL?

Yes. Most UK brands keep their UK warehouse for the UK and Europe. We run the US side next to it.

Which currency do you bill in?

US dollars. You see every charge in the portal the day it happens.

    Who do I talk to?

One team that knows your account. You write, a person who knows your stock answers. No ticketing maze.

Can you handle wholesale orders to US shops?

Yes. Pallets, master cartons and retailer rules are part of what we do.

I'm not sure I'm ready for the US. Can I still ask?

Yes. Tell us where you are. If it is too early, we will say so.

You run the brand from Britain. We run the American end.

Tell us what you sell and where. You get a written answer within one business day.
